As part of the ongoing bluefin tuna campaign, Greenpeace UK are working to stop up-market restaurant chain Nobu selling endangered tuna by raising awareness and encouraging Nobu's customers to put pressure on the restaurant owners to stop serving the endangered species on their menu.
This tuna campaign artwork, painstakingly collaged by UHC from dozens of photographs, was turned into a full page spoof advert and published in London newspaper the Evening Standard.
